Montgomery Bennett, P.G joins Haley & Aldrich as Senior Client Leader

Richmond, VA (June 13, 2014) – Environmental and engineering company, Haley & Aldrich, announced today that Montgomery Bennett has joined the company as a Senior Client Leader and Program Manager in Richmond, VA. Bennett brings over 25 years of environmental consulting experience and has developed strategies and implemented characterization and remediation programs under various regulatory restrictions to maintain compliance, control costs, and drive projects to closure.

At Haley & Aldrich, Bennett will work with clients in the manufacturing, power generation, automotive, and aerospace markets as a technical leader supporting RCRA Corrective Action and state voluntary cleanup programs nationally. Prior to joining Haley & Aldrich, Bennett was a Client Services Manager and Principal Hydrogeologist at Groundwater and Environmental Services, Inc.

Over the course of his career, Bennett has worked with a wide range of clients from real estate developers to attorneys, product component manufacturers, petroleum entities, and utility companies. His diverse background includes responsibility for regulatory strategy development, regulatory negotiations, conceptual site model development, site assessments, preliminary risk assessments, and remedial alternative evaluations.

Bennett is a licensed geologist in Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. He is a Certified Professional in Ohio and a Registered Site Manager (RSM) in North Carolina. Bennett also earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University.
