Haley & Aldrich expands Government Infrastructure practice, hires key new staff

Burlington, MA (August 24, 2016) -- Haley & Aldrich, an engineering and environmental consulting firm, today announced the expansion of its Government Infrastructure practice led by two new key staff, Marc Papini, Director of Construction Management, Public Infrastructure, and Matthew Liffick, Senior Construction Project Manager. With the appointment of these strategic hires, Haley & Aldrich increases its construction management capabilities for large public infrastructure construction projects ranging up to $1B.

Some of the services this new team provides includes construction management, construction engineering inspection, project risk management consulting, claims analysis and negotiation, partnering facilitation, dispute resolution, and public affairs consulting. 


Marc Papini 

Marc Papini
Papini has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the infrastructure industry, including construction company operations, engineering/professional services, infrastructure investment, and functioning of Federal and State governmental agencies. He has proven experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects and has provided strategic risk management advice on projects with construction values of over $15 billion. Papini has a law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and is a member of the CT bar and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. 

 Matthew Liffick

Matthew Liffick, P.E.
Liffick has 10 years of experience working on construction at risk projects as well as providing construction engineering and inspection services for heavy civil construction. Recently, he served as the Deputy Project Manager and Construction Manager on one of the largest and most complex design-bid-build projects constructed in Virginia, the $170 million state-of-the-art Gilmerton Vertical Lift Bridge. Liffick has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
