Joseph Stulb, after 40-year Xerox career, brings environmental compliance and remediation expertise to Haley & Aldrich

Burlington, Mass., January 28, 2018 – Haley & Aldrich, an engineering and environmental consulting firm, today announced that Joseph Stulb has joined the firm as a Principal Consultant, bringing over 40 years of global experience managing all facets of environmental compliance for Xerox. Stulb will collaborate with Haley & Aldrich’s manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, Superfund, and real estate developer clients to deliver strategic solutions that are not only in regulatory compliance, but provide greater long-term value to Haley & Aldrich’s clients’ organizations.

At Xerox, Stulb managed product and material safety to ensure conformance to global regulations for protection of workers and customers. During his career he managed all environmental compliance activities including compliance with CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, OSHA, FDA, Energy Star, EPEAT, REACH, and nano-particle requirements. Additionally, he managed Xerox’s site investigation and remediation activities for over 68 locations worldwide. Stulb also developed and managed the company’s due diligence programs that provided EH&S conformance for all mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including three significant M&A’s totaling $10 billion.
Stulb is an active member of, and has presented in the past at, the Air & Waste Management Association. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York. He has a B.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
