  • Demonstrating the Value Collaboration Brings to a Project: What Can We Measure?
    At 11:50 a.m. on November 28, Lisa Turturro and Nick Masci, Senior Lean Practitioners at Haley & Aldrich, will be joined by Kevin Keller, Global Director of Construction at Johnson & Johnson to discuss improving the visualization of collaboration, measuring the impact of improved collaboration on a project, and leveraging experience for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration Troubleshooting: Step Two – Brainstorming Solutions to Barriers
    At 1:30 p.m. on November 28, Lisa will be joining a working group with members from CBRE, Southland Industries, JE Dunn Construction, and Magleby Construction to brainstorm potential solutions to different collaboration barriers. Attendees will have the freedom to join the working group.
