She has 18 years of experience in environmental engineering and client management. She is actively involved in projects ranging from RCRA, solid waste, ISO 14001 program implementation, industrial wastewater treatment, air compliance and Ohio Voluntary Action Program. She is a qualified expert witness on Federal and State of Ohio cases involving interpretation of RCRA.

Ms. Moorman previously served in various roles as a staff member of the US EPA. As a US EPA Environmental Engineer, she was the liaison to the State of Ohio to ensure that Ohio hazardous waste rules were as stringently applied as US EPA RCRA regulations. She led negotiations of the Director’s Orders on Consent, served as technical staff to the Attorney General’s Office when orders were not settled and consistently interpreted RCRA regulations for Ohio EPA staff.

She is experienced as a client manager for various industrial client types including metal, cement, chemical, pulp and paper, and pottery. Ms. Moorman will serve as an internal technical resource for RCRA and solid waste compliance issues including ground water monitoring.

Ms. Moorman received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
