David Scarpato, P.E. inducted into the American Rock Mechanics Association’s Future Leaders Program
Scarpato joins the inaugural class of board-elected future leaders

Boston, MA (April 16, 2012) -- David Scarpato, P.E., Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer, has accepted an invitation to join the American Rock Mechanics Association (ARMA) Future Leaders Program. The ARMA Future Leaders Program recognizes “a group of motivated younger ARMA members of outstanding promise” to help develop ARMA and become future ARMA leaders. Mr. Scarpato joins the first class of future leaders elected by the AMRA Board of Directors.

The first class of ARMA meets in June 2012 in conjunction with the annual ARMA Symposium in Chicago. Members of the Future Leaders Program will be acknowledged at the annual ARMA Symposium, and will be invited to organize and chair sessions at the Symposium. ARMA Future Leaders will advise the Board on issues of importance such as innovative technologies for ARMA communication, such as utilization of social networks.
