Giving Back
Haley & Aldrich hosts a strong cadre of dedicated professionals compelled by strong ideals. Inspired by our Company Charter, the world mission of the CARE organization has been a galvanizing force in uniting staff behind personal and corporate support. Across the company and throughout the year, calendars are marked with staff organized community service events that support a diversity of other national and local organizations. In 2006, a new community service staff grant program, the Nathaniel G. Keith Memorial Grant, was instituted in memory of an outstanding young environmental staff professional. Nathaniel dreamed of contributing in dramatic ways to issues of global importance. Applications for funding and paid leave are accepted each year for a staff-initiated public service project that will contribute to fulfilling Nathaniel's aspiration to make a difference through global action.
