A member of the Contracts and Collection team for the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Initiative, Renan is active in the company's ISO process helping to develop the company's approach in implementing this globally-recognized quality management standard.
Renan led the effort to develop a new corporate travel policy that is efficient, reduces overhead and maximizes the company's ability to negotiate discounted rates with preferred suppliers. This new personalized service ensures that staff understand and use policies and procedures for business travel and entertainment.
Renan received his MBA from Northeastern University, and his B.S. in Management/Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
