As President and CEO, Larry’s primary focus is to move the company closer to its vision to “be the company most sought after to integrate technology and human potential to tackle tough issues facing the world.” Larry joined Haley & Aldrich for the second time in 1985 and, after a series of promotions and career achievements, was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 2004. He was elected to the role of President and CEO in 2010.
Larry has been instrumental in building the company’s national presence as a consulting firm organized around our key markets and clients. In 2011, under his leadership, Haley & Aldrich embarked on a strategic planning process to help Haley & Aldrich improve the value we deliver to our clients by better understanding the challenges our clients are facing, the trends and drivers impacting their industries, and how those challenges and trends will impact our clients in the future.
Notably, Larry instituted and co-facilitates the company's Leadership Development Program for the next generation of Haley & Aldrich leaders. To date, more than 100 staff completed the extensive program in business management, understanding human systems, strategic planning, systems thinking, and adaptive leadership to address complex challenges facing our clients and society as a whole.
Larry has served as an advisor to Fortune 100 industrial clients on environmental portfolio management and remedial strategy. He is also Chairman of the Haley & Aldrich Board of Directors.
He holds a Master of Science degree in geology/hydrology from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology from the New York State University College at Geneseo.
