Jim has over 25 years of experience providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in environmental investigation and remediation projects primarily for manufacturing clients. In his role as General Manager for the Manufacturing Business Unit, he leverages that experience to develop the full potential of Haley & Aldrich staff and helps them provide the highest value service to clients. Jim also leads Haley & Aldrich’s Personal Mastery training program at which all staff get the opportunity to increase self-awareness, improve communication skills and effectively engage in teams.
Prior to joining Haley & Aldrich, Jim was a professor in the Engineering Science Department of Broome Community College. He later served as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Environmental Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in geology from Alfred University in New York, and a Master of Arts degree in geology from the State University of New York at Binghamton (currently known as Binghamton University).
