Phil leads acquisitions and other opportunities to broaden Haley & Aldrich’s capabilities related to infrastructure development, resilience, renewable energy, water resources, industrialized construction, and regional growth. With insights drawn from more than 40 years in engineering and environmental consulting, Phil prioritizes active listening, creative thinking, and wise stewardship to deliver for clients. He draws on the same skills to foster a unified company culture that prioritizes trust, integrity, and personal growth and responsibility.
