Mac has focused his career on helping people imagine and create a beautiful future. This is driven by respect: listening, understanding what is important, and helping solve tough problems. As Chief Services Officer, he sets high expectations for himself and Haley & Aldrich’s technical leaders to find better ways to solve clients’ challenges by combining technical, management, business, and personal skills into services. This value-focused approach ensures our services create lasting results for the client’s organization.

Mac has been improving value in the environmental, manufacturing, construction, and management fields for more than 30 years. He brings strong Lean experience as a Master Lean Black Belt and is a pioneer in applying Lean principles to many areas outside of manufacturing. This has resulted in developing exceptional people who drive outstanding cost, quality, and schedule performance with our clients and Haley & Aldrich’s internal processes.
