He draws on his deep technical background in environmental site assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance, and has extensive experience advising design teams on the efficient integration of environmental requirements, as well as in regulatory compliance and reporting under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, the Toxic Substances Control Act and other state regulatory frameworks.
