David Evans has decades of experience working with clients to reduce environmental impacts and manage liability. He’s known for building strong working relationships; keeping projects on track and on budget; and finding practical, effective solutions to technical challenges. His background in environmental remediation, paired with a solid understanding of both federal and state environmental regulations, supports his thoughtful approach to project management.
David takes the time to get to know each client — their goals and challenges and how they like to work — so he can tailor his approach to meet their needs. He values being involved early in a project, when collaboration has the most impact, and believes trust and communication are key to successful outcomes.
He’s also a dedicated mentor who enjoys helping staff navigate the environmental field and grow their skills. Outside of work, David spends time traveling with his family and earned his private pilot’s certificate in March 2025.
