Luke manages multidisciplinary teams and project implementation, drawing on extensive experience in the field. He’s always sought to learn everything possible about the environmental and geotechnical work involved in his projects, and that knowledge informs insights into how to structure teams, manage subcontractors and schedules, and mentor newer team members. Luke appreciates opportunities to put his skills to work to support growth on projects and with teammates, clients, regulators, and contractors.
Luke strives to foster this growth by maintaining strong communication and planning and executing field work efficiently. He also encourages team members to embrace safety in their day-to-day duties. Luke brings that focus to the office environment as well, supporting Haley & Aldrich’s culture of health and safety by running monthly meetings for staff and welcoming opportunities to mentor staff in best practices.
