Andrea leads the company’s Human Potential (HP) department and programs. Under her leadership, the HP team focuses on attaining top industry talent, and helping to create and sustain a progressive and supportive work environment that allows staff to reach their potential, advance their careers, and provide the greatest value to our clients.
Prior to joining Haley & Aldrich, Andrea worked in a human resources leadership role in the environmental consulting field and developed a passion for the AEC industry. Andrea has also held talent-focused roles within the architectural industry and in financial services.
Andrea earned both the SHRM Certified Professional credential as well as the Professional in Human Resources certification. She is an administrator of Management Drives and Predictive Index behavioral assessments.
Andrea serves on the Board for the Massachusetts Society of HR Management State Council.
