Haley & Aldrich’s planning and engineering experts lead complex, cutting-edge resilience efforts nationwide. Clients entrust us with protecting their most important priorities: communities, livelihoods, and essential infrastructure. For example, we led a risk assessment for the Oregon Department of Energy to evaluate statewide energy systems’ vulnerability to wildfires, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, and storms, incorporating future climate projections. In California, we worked to identify wildfire risk to rail infrastructure — information that will inform disaster preparation and long-term planning. For a nationwide client, we conducted a natural hazard risk and business impact assessment for a portfolio of sites to reduce business continuity risk and protect livelihoods.
