Andrew strives to align environmental assessment and cleanup activities with redevelopment goals for environmentally impacted properties. He has led a wide range of investigation, design, and construction programs and projects on sites in which economic opportunities exist but are impeded by environmental impacts. Andrew facilitates coordination among the design team, client, key stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. His clients recognize his ability to address environmental concerns and regulatory compliance in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
Andrew has served as senior engineer for the design, installation, operation and maintenance, and monitoring of traditional and innovative technologies for treatment of a broad range of contaminants in soil vapor, soil, groundwater, and stormwater. He has extensive experience with stormwater projects, including stormwater management and treatment, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and design, and permit compliance.
