Angela has extensive experience as an engineer and project manager on environmental remediation and construction projects. This experience spans former manufactured gas plants, power plants, petroleum storage facilities, petroleum refining facilities, and private property. Alongside her technical abilities, Angela is skilled at translating complex information into clear recommendations, and she guides her clients and their communities through projects with emotional intelligence.
Angela also understands what it takes to build a trusted advisory relationship over many years. She has worked on one client program in Northern California for more than a decade, building a collaborative relationship with her client and many public and private stakeholders. She manages the program with attention to regulatory changes, evolving public attitudes, and historical site knowledge, making her an indispensable partner.
