He provides technical leadership and mentorship in water resources, water supply, and water rights, drawing on experience built in the Mountain West, where water is in short supply and poses regular challenges for clients and their communities.
Bill’s experience runs the gamut of water projects, from well design, aquifer testing, geologic and hydrogeologic studies, and research into historical water use, water rights, and other information. He understands the many considerations and risks that drive water projects, and he prioritizes collaboration so that clients can reach their goals.
