Billy has many years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, land surveying, and hydrogeological work throughout New England. He has broad hydrogeological experience, with recent projects that include designing geothermal systems, water supply source feasibility studies, infiltration investigations, construction dewatering, and groundwater capture system performance evaluations at coal-combustion residuals sites.
No matter what the project, Billy appreciates work that allows him to develop a better understanding of the natural world and built environment. He enjoys tackling complex problems and applying the technical skills he has developed over the course of his career.
