Catherine has more than 25 years of progressively challenging engineering experience. She collaborates with owners, design teams, and construction teams to tailor engineering solutions to meet project and client needs. Catherine leads her projects with a strong sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced setting for program engagement. She understands how to support her team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. She has significant experience developing mitigation measures for liquefiable soils, soft and marine soils, undocumented fill sites, bedrock transitions, and high groundwater conditions.
Catherine is motivated by being part of a team and supporting a client’s mission, whether it’s through building infrastructure, hospitals, or schools, or reducing the environmental impacts of a project to create a healthier world. Clients appreciate her people-centric approach. She listens intently to the client’s project goals and develops recommendations tailored to their needs.
