Claire believes that in order to exceed her clients’ expectations, she needs to first deeply understand their needs and conditions of satisfaction. She is driven by results and her highest measure of personal success comes from knowing that she has helped a client meet their goals and realize value.

Over the course of her career, Claire has helped her clients manage their environmental risks and compliance requirements from due diligence through construction, development, and site management. Now, as the Project Management Services Leader, Claire is accountable for elevating Haley & Aldrich’s project management practice and developing value-driven project managers.

“Growing up, I was drawn to chemistry and earth sciences, which led me to study environmental science in college. Through my early experiences and exposure to the field, I realized that my highest and best use as a scientist was to address challenges in the built environment where people live, work, and play. I’m passionate about sustaining the world we live in, and I believe in the power of human ingenuity to make it happen.”
