Exciting project variety paired with teamwork and collaboration motivate Cole to go above and beyond when working with his clients to address their pressing environmental challenges. In his role as Senior Associate, Cole has been the Licensed Site Professional (LSP) of Record on numerous brownfield sites involving soil management, construction redevelopment, environmental response actions, and brownfield tax credits. Over the past 30 years Cole has worked with many private and public clients, providing integrated geotechnical and environmental LSP services for due diligence, design, and construction.
Cole is energized working with different clients on challenging and complex projects that require timely decisions, facilitation, and solid teamwork. He listens closely to what keeps his clients up at night and provides multiple solutions so they can make informed decisions. Cole is also passionate about helping budding engineers in the local community by working with the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) to engage engineering students and develop their talent.
