Elida has a passion for working on complex projects that require collaborative efforts. She’s built deep expertise in environmental permitting and assessments as well as health and safety in the workplace. At Haley & Aldrich, her work includes investigation and remediation plans, construction specifications and oversight, and more. Elida supports all phases of investigation and remediation at industrial, manufacturing, and utility sites and specializes in permitting and industrial hygiene compliance for energy clients as well as coordinating with state and federal agencies.
On our nuclear projects, Elida makes sure that employees master our safety programs and receive the training and personal protective equipment needed. She assists with the preparation and review of project-specific plans, construction submittals, and incident investigation and reporting.
