Eric brings over 20 years of coal combustion residuals (CCR) management experience to solve his clients’ most challenging regulatory issues. His background spans regulatory compliance, groundwater monitoring and corrective action, facility closure and design, permitting, construction management, and quality assurance. He has led complex, multisite programs across the Midwest and elsewhere.
Eric’s clients rely on his combined technical knowledge and regulatory expertise. As a geological engineer, he appreciates opportunities to understand complex natural systems through the development of robust site conceptual models. He leverages that understanding and his practical experience to develop innovative, sustainable solutions to clients’ challenges. That includes advising on how to efficiently navigate complex, sometimes overlapping regulatory requirements from multiple levels of government, and how to implement solutions to achieve regulatory compliance or address non-compliance.
