Since joining Haley & Aldrich in 2013, Forrest has taken on progressively larger leadership roles, advancing from project manager to vice president before assuming his current role. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in scaling up the business, fostering a culture that attracts top talent, and strengthens Haley & Aldrich’s expertise in self-perform construction and design-build project delivery. Additionally, Forrest has worked closely with senior leadership to drive significant improvements in both safety performance and financial results.
