Throughout his nearly 50 years as a geotechnical engineering consultant, Garry has advised on a broad range of complex geotechnical and environmental projects at most Pacific Northwest ports, all Pacific Northwest US Navy facilities, and numerous other waterfront facilities. He has also completed dozens of major commercial and transportation-related geotechnical projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Hawaii.

A recognized leader in the geotechnical engineering professional community, Garry has built a reputation for innovative design approaches and solutions that address site constraints and challenging conditions. He enjoys collaborating with large project teams and supporting others’ professional and technical growth.
