She leads with forthright and persistent communication, working with her clients to find the right solution for their challenges and delivering timely solutions that meet their deadlines and budget.
As an accomplished program manager, Heather has led and managed teams for complex projects, including infrastructure, building and site development, and development resilience. She has nearly 25 years of experience advising clients on project designs and controls and considers potential risks including those related to adjacencies, construction methodologies, and future conditions. Heather’s passion for teamwork and solving problems extends to her role as a staff manager and her participation in several industry groups focused on making an impact in the industry.
