Horry supports contaminated site management services as a geologist and project manager. He focuses on design and implementation of subsurface exploration programs to inform design solutions. In addition to his environmental experience, he has worked on large-scale tunneling and inland navigation projects during design and construction management. With a specialty in karstic limestone geology, Horry applies his background in geophysical characterization, grouting, hydrogeologic testing, and underground construction to guide project design and execution in variable geology.
Horry draws on this experience to guide clients as they minimize risk associated with uncertainty and complex ground conditions. He strives for high quality during project delivery by emphasizing safety, communication, teamwork, and proactive engagement. He prioritizes open dialogue and detailed field records to keep clients informed and advocate for their interests, and he also looks for ways to compromise to keep projects moving forward.
