James Little

General Manager, Central Business Unit

For each client’s unique challenge, Jim identifies the spectrum of options along a continuum of cost and environmental stewardship, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both business and brand imperatives. Over the past 30 years, he has combined strategic leadership with technical expertise in environmental investigation and remediation projects for a diverse array of manufacturing clients. 

In his current role, he leverages this experience to develop the full potential of Haley & Aldrich staff and helps them provide the highest value of service to clients. Jim also leads Haley & Aldrich’s Personal Mastery training program at which all staff learn to increase self-awareness, improve communication skills and effectively engage in teams.
