Jeff’s career as an environmental professional spans three decades and includes experience across industrial facilities, landfills, and commercial properties. Jeff develops and implements investigation and remedial action work plans, manages risk-based corrective actions, and oversees projects ranging from stream restoration to stormwater permitting. In his capacity as a certified construction manager, he develops bid packages, reviews contractor proposals, and evaluates means and methods of performing construction work.
Partnering with clients to safeguard communities and improve public health motivates Jeff, as do novel challenges and problem-solving opportunities. He always aims to maintain efficient project schedules and budgets as he pursues innovative, sustainable solutions to clients’ challenges.
