Jeffery has decades of environmental experience managing complex contaminated sites. He has worked for many years as a consultant, and he also held roles at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). Jeffery’s expertise in environmental assessment and remediation, combined with his knowledge of key environmental statutes, regulations, technical guidance documents, industry standards, and a sustainability mindset guides clients through the timely investigation, remediation and regulatory closure of their impacted properties.
Jeffery takes an integrated, scientifically and technically rigorous approach to problem solving, which entails defining the issue(s) to be resolved and developing and executing a carefully designed scope of work, resulting in decision-relevant data responsive to the regulations, to helps clients see the big picture behind regulatory requirements, and advocates for sensible solutions to address those requirements, and benefit business and community relations. Given his experience at NJDEP, he understands how to work effectively with regulators to find a path for compliance that meets the client’s goals and budget.
