Jeff mentors junior colleagues to develop their leadership, management, and technical skills as they create value for clients. His diverse experience also includes managing more than 700 remedial design and remedial action projects. He engages a wide variety of both conventional and innovative remediation technologies and has broad knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); solid waste; brownfield development; and state regulations.
A registered professional engineer in over 20 states, Jeff’s broad experience spans almost four decades of client service. As one of Haley & Aldrich’s senior consultants, Jeff plays a significant role advising clients on project closure and site development strategies for a variety of contaminant types and regulatory frameworks. He has provided expert testimony on several environmental litigation cases including product liability and class action lawsuits. Additionally, Jeff has held several leadership roles at Haley & Aldrich, including directing environmental construction and design practices and as a general manager for one of Haley & Aldrich’s business units.
