Julie guides clients on complex environmental requirements for a range of projects, including environmental due diligence, stormwater permitting compliance, site remediation, and hazardous waste management. She brings technical expertise and a deep understanding of federal, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey state regulations to a range of project sites, where she coordinates field investigations, evaluates data, supports permitting, leads waste disposal, and more.
On every project, Julie strives to align environmental strategies with clients’ goals to support practical, cost-effective outcomes. She leads multidisciplinary teams with clear communication, and she mentors early-career environmental professionals to help them build the technical judgment and confidence needed to serve clients well. Julie also maintains a Small Unmanned Aircraft System Remote Pilot certificate, which enables safer and more efficient data collection than many traditional methods.
