Kathryn develops trusted relationships with clients by actively listening to their challenges and seeing projects from their perspectives. With that foundation of knowledge, she identifies program gaps to develop sustainable, cost-effective solutions. Over her more than 30 years of consulting experience, Kathryn has created and participated in countless cross-functional teams to implement solutions for public-sector clients as well as those in the aerospace, manufacturing, and energy industries.
She has extensive experience enabling clients to meet federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and requirements, with specialized expertise in stormwater management. Kathryn uses this expertise to secure permits, and to develop key facility compliance documents and compliance-training materials for facility personnel.
