Kelly has managed a variety of environmental projects across Southern California, including for large industrial and manufacturing facilities, real estate due diligence transactions, and residential redevelopment. She has been actively involved in soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations and remediation for sites contaminated by chlorinated solvents, metals, semi-volatile organic compounds, and polychlorinated biphenyls. Kelly has built positive working relationships with Regional Water Quality Control Boards and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control, which means she can effectively navigate regulatory requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to advance project goals.
Kelly appreciates opportunities to use her skills on projects that have a positive impact on communities, such as developing brownfields into housing. She prioritizes collaboration when working with her clients and leading multidisciplinary teams, building consensus around goals and solutions to make projects successful.
“I really enjoy working collaboratively as an extension of a client’s team. I find it’s the most effective way to manage a project successfully.”
