Mark is driven to create practical solutions to complex water resource challenges and partners with his clients to own their problems and achieve project success. For more than two decades, Mark has leveraged this approach and his deep knowledge of hydrogeology to serve clients in a wide range of industries throughout the West. During this time, he has assisted with complex policy decisions, provided public testimony, and developed guidance documents to support industry organizations, state agencies, and non-governmental organizations. By identifying, developing, and restoring surface and groundwater supplies, he has helped to create sustainable solutions for the clients he supports and the communities they serve.
Mark also plans and directs groundwater resource studies in support of clients engaged in mining, power generation, manufacturing, and water supply.
