For more than 35 years, Mark has solved problems for public- and private-sector clients related to natural resource development and management in areas including water, mining, oil, and gas; new site development and brownfield redevelopment; environmental restoration; and other areas. Mark also represents private clients in obtaining environmental and operating permits for large, complex projects. He has earned industrywide honors and leadership positions for his innovation in water resource management and his direct results in watershed restoration. In addition to developing business opportunities, Mark focuses on water resource capabilities including water supply development, dam removal, and stream restoration for Haley & Aldrich.
Mark thrives on the continuous learning his work requires and on the novel challenges each new project presents. By offering strategic counsel that addresses both the immediate need and the big picture beyond it, he has built many lasting client relationships.
