Marya is responsible for Haley & Aldrich’s learning, training, and knowledge sharing programs that support staff development and deliver better client results. With more than 30 years of H&A experience, Marya applies her knowledge of our clients’ needs and our services to build learning and development as well as knowledge sharing platforms and tools that benefit staff’s career growth and technical abilities.
As a Principal Consultant, Marya has a broad range of foundation and earth retention systems technical expertise. She works collaboratively for the client’s benefit with owners, architects, structural engineers, and construction managers to resolve underground engineering challenges.
She is former Chair of the University of New Hampshire’s Advisory Board for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and recipient of the department’s 2016 Distinguished Alumni Award. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the Deep Foundation Institute, and is a frequent speaker on underground engineering and construction topics.
