With two decades of geotechnical engineering experience, Micah enjoys analyzing and finding solutions to challenging technical problems. He looks for ways that he and the civil engineering profession can make lasting improvements in their communities, better serve people’s needs, and safeguard the natural environment.
Micah works primarily with clients in government infrastructure, education, real estate, and mining. He approaches every project, with a strong drive to identify and inform clients of potential difficulties early so that, together, they can efficiently and holistically address those issues. Many of Micah’s projects have required innovative approaches to ground settlement, seismic hazard mitigation, and other challenges. He’s become a valued partner for Haley & Aldrich clients through his willingness to explore new ideas while subjecting those ideas to technically rigorous evaluation.
“I’m inspired by participating in projects that benefit local communities and enjoy fostering knowledge growth within both Haley & Aldrich and the broader industry.”
