Monica brings more than two decades of environmental engineering and technical leadership experience to her clients’ projects. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise across project delivery, talent development, client management, technology, and engineering design. This breadth of experience makes her a well-rounded advisor who can develop and implement practical solutions to manage complex environmental situations.
The challenges Monica has tackled in her career include investigation and remediation programs involving chlorinated solvents, uranium, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), and other emerging contaminants. She has extensive experience with innovative in situ remediation technologies, design quality, regulatory engagement, and portfolio management, working primarily with clients across the energy, industrial and manufacturing, and mining sectors.
