Nick Masci, LEED AP

Senior Client Leader

Nick is currently at the forefront of using Lean thinking and manufacturing principles with owners, designers, general contractors, and construction trades to accelerate their organization’s journey towards Industrialized Construction. He works with individuals to achieve breakthroughs at the personal level—whether in the fab shop, on the job site, or in the board room—creating the enthusiasm, commitment, and credibility that lead to transformative business results. He collaborates with teams to better consider client value and activate a whole-system approach to project delivery.

Nick has more than 30 years of experience in the built environment. He started in mechanical contracting, having previously worked as a design-builder, construction manager, and volumetric modular manufacturer. Nick also draws on his experience as a former Naval Officer and nationally licensed soccer coach to help clients achieve dramatic business results. He is an approved instructor by Lean Construction Institute, Lean Black Belt, and has a Lean Certification from SME.
