Nick is at the forefront of using Lean thinking and manufacturing principles with owners, designers, general contractors, and construction trades to accelerate their organization’s journey toward construction manufacturing. A co-creator of Haley & Aldrich’s Industrialized Construction Maturity Assessment, he works with individuals to achieve breakthroughs at the personal level — whether in the fab shop, on the job site, or in the board room — creating the enthusiasm, commitment, and credibility that lead to transformative business results. He collaborates with teams to better consider client value and activate a whole-system approach to project delivery.
Nick has more than 30 years of experience in the built environment. He started in mechanical contracting, having previously worked as a design-builder, construction manager, and volumetric modular manufacturer. Nick also draws on his experience as a former Naval Officer and nationally licensed soccer coach to help clients achieve dramatic business results. He is an approved instructor by Lean Construction Institute, Lean Black Belt, and has a Lean Certification from SME.
