Paul investigates and remediates contaminated sites for private- and public-sector clients. He prioritizes timely and effective communication to build relationships, working hard to help clients understand the technical and regulatory challenges of a project so that they can collaborate on solutions that meet project goals.
Clients rely on Paul for complex remediation investigations, planning, and design under state and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) regulatory programs. Paul brings experience in complex groundwater and soil investigations, as well as with the management and oversight of in situ remedial approaches, including enhanced in situ bioremediation, chemical reduction and oxidation, and enhanced monitored natural attenuation. Paul gives careful attention to detail in scope of work and budget development, as well as in the management and preparation of field activities and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
“I’m inspired by the transformation that environmental scientists and engineers can make. It is always rewarding to see a plan you helped develop lead to the successful restoration of a site.”
