Samantha fosters Haley & Aldrich’s success by acting as a strategic business partner and legal advisor. As general counsel, she leads Haley & Aldrich’s legal team; strategically manages risks, claims, and litigation matters; supports mergers and acquisitions; and oversees compliance. Samantha also trains staff on risk management practices and serves as secretary to Haley & Aldrich’s board of directors.
