Steven Norton leads geotechnical engineering and engineering geology projects for infrastructure, energy, and land development clients. He manages site investigations, evaluates geologic hazards and subsurface conditions, and develops recommendations related to faulting, landslides, liquefaction, seismic hazards, and foundation design.
