Tim enjoys working with project teams to carry projects from design through construction and takes pride in his contributions on projects that improve our lives and the surrounding environment. He has led or managed geotechnical design and construction projects ranging from institutional, commercial, residential, and hospital buildings, to electric transmission lines, roadways, landfill closures, and groundwater cutoff (hydraulic barrier) walls.
What keeps Tim’s clients up at night, keeps him up at night. For each project he takes personal ownership, treating his clients’ projects as if they’re his own. He also understands the importance of developing cost-effective solutions and satisfying often challenging project schedules. He does whatever it takes to meet his clients’ timelines through close coordination and frequent communication.
As a Project Manager with nearly 35 years of experience, Tim has worked on a wide variety of projects requiring a range of services for institutional, developer, energy, and municipal owners.
“I find great satisfaction in working on projects that help improve our communities. From building projects for healthcare, education, institutions, and residential developments to mitigating soil and groundwater contamination – my work serves a tangible purpose by building facilities that support important functions or improve our environment.”
