Andrew R. Zlotnick, LEP

Principal Consultant, Hydrogeologist

Andrew works with clients who are struggling with environmental issues and helps develop solutions that are consistent with their goals while satisfying interested stakeholders and protecting human health and the environment. He enjoys working on multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and negotiate favorable regulatory outcomes for clients.

Throughout Andrew’s career, he has directed complex environmental investigations and remediation projects at industrial and commercial facilities and utility infrastructure projects. He has investigated and provided remedial solutions for different contaminant types and designed a variety of remedies for vapor intrusion, soil and groundwater impacts, and sediment. His clients have included developers, municipalities, attorneys, aerospace and manufacturing companies, public utilities, and state agencies. Andrew’s experience includes state and federal regulatory programs like the Connecticut Transfer Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; the Toxic Substances Control Act; and brownfields programs.
