Brian brings decades of experience with environmental site assessment and remediation, particularly on energy projects in the Gulf Coast and Southeast. Brian has worked in more than a dozen states providing due diligence and transaction support, including leading Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), subsurface remedial investigations under federal- and state-led regulatory programs, and managing design and implementation of remedial actions at a variety of active power generation and legacy sites.
He’s supported regulatory and stakeholder engagement efforts for diverse client needs, specializing in assembling and working closely with client-focused project and program teams. Brian has managed large-scale projects and portfolios, and he enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused way to help teams assess and mitigate risk, develop and deliver cost-effective solutions, and satisfy stakeholder requirements.
