Jeffery Miller provides remedial design services, primarily for industrial and energy clients. His experience includes soil and groundwater remediation at sites impacted with chlorinated compounds, manufactured gas plant residuals, and coal combustion residuals. Jeffery has practiced this work from Maine to California, giving him an understanding of how to approach projects across many different site conditions and regulatory settings. He’s also skilled at working across disciplines, managing teams that typically include remedial, geotechnical, hydrogeologic, permitting, and construction staff.
Jeffery approaches projects collaboratively, working with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to find solutions that will satisfy everyone’s goals. He develops a deep understanding of clients’ pressure points and values so that he can advocate for solutions that capture those needs. He also prioritizes clients’ schedule and budget requirements when designing remedial solutions.
